Biography
Glenn "Will" Willoughby is a Richmond native and has been performing residential appraisals since 1996 for Old Dominion Appraisal Company. I have completed over 6,000 single family, condo and multi-family appraisal for a variety of lenders, brokers, banks and private entities. Few appraisers have the overall knowledge of the Richmond and Tri-cities area and the inherent home values that I have gained over the years. I take pride in providing a comprehensive report with accurate maps, a complex dwelling sketch, plat and photo exhibits. I have never had a complaint registered against me in the state of Virginia or with any local agency. I hold business and commercial real estate degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University and an MBA from the University of Richmond.
The Company
Old Dominion Appraisal Company has been in business since 1994. Owned by Hunter Rhodes (a lifelong friend), it has five full-time appraisers serving the above areas and outlying counties.
